On 9 October 2026, we updated the test finder and Compare handoff. A pace-of-aging request now matches only reports with a verified included DunedinPACE or DunedinPoAm output from blood, including finger-prick samples with the stated caveat. At the review date, TruDiagnostic TruAge and NOVOS Age met the pace-output requirement. The pace-goal scoring now favors DNA methylation rather than phenotypic age; retest and tracking preferences are weighted equally between those families. Separately, when the highest-scored family has no fitting listed test but the second family does, the result leads with the fitting family and explains the change. The methodology now discloses the algorithm developers’ financial interest and commercial licensing. Evidence tiers did not change.
A headline could recommend a family whose listed tests did not meet the visitor’s requirements. An age-like result alone also does not answer a request for a published pace estimate.
Readers asking about pace see products that report the relevant estimate rather than any test marketed for tracking age. DunedinPACE is an estimate, not a precise individual measure or proof of treatment benefit. It was developed in venous blood; the page discloses the limited comparability evidence for finger-prick samples. Vendor report contents can change.
