Clarified TruMe reports and published its evidence summary

New articleStandard
Published 21 October 2026

Published a product-specific evidence summary for TruMe Labs and clarified its Compare listing after reviewing the vendor reply and sample reports.

The TruMe TruAge evidence summary distinguishes the saliva methylation measurement from calculated results and optional questionnaire-based fitness, sleep and body-composition figures. The listing now explains that the company’s Rate of Aging is a change between tests, requires another kit at least 90 days later, and is not a validated pace-of-aging measure. It also corrects the report description and qualifies repeat-test agreement.

The page discusses published studies, developer involvement, retesting uncertainty and vendor claims. It explains the existing Emerging rating for estimating calendar age from saliva; that rating does not cover the Rate of Aging, questionnaire figures, disease risk or diagnosis. This is TruMe Labs’ saliva test, not TruDiagnostic’s similarly named blood test.

Readers need to know which outputs come from the laboratory, which are calculated or questionnaire-based, and what requires a repeat purchase.

The existing Emerging tier, price and turnaround were not changed by these releases. The page discloses AI assistance and separate AI review, not external expert validation, and does not establish improved health from using the test.
