Clarified Elysium Index reports and published its evidence summary

Published an Elysium Index evidence summary and clarified its Compare listing after checking the vendor reply and shortened sample report.

The Index evidence summary distinguishes the saliva methylation measurement from calculated biological age, lifetime ratios and system-age scores. It explains the existing Insufficient rating for the biological-age result customers receive from saliva, discusses the limits of the blood studies found in the review, and separates vendor claims from published validation. The rating does not cover the system ages, recommendations, disease risk or diagnosis.

The Compare card now makes clear that the reported rate-of-aging figures are lifetime ratios, not a current speed, and that comparing those ratios between tests does not show the rate of aging between them. The summary describes the online report and the need for a new kit for each result, and explains the lack of published repeat-test data in the sources reviewed.

Readers need to distinguish report contents from validated uses and see the limitations without opening the full report.

These releases explain the existing Insufficient tier; they do not change the rating or establish that a lower result means better health.
